Searching two undergraduate research assistants that is interested in working on a preliminary study to explore acclimatization of sorghum roots to drought and nutrient limited environments. The tasks involve performing 3D scanning of sorghum roots with our optical 3D scanner, using existing software to reconstruct 3D models and measure 3D root traits as well as analysis of these root traits.
