Kevin M. Fitzsimmons is a faculty member of the Department of Soil, Water, and Environmental Science, The University of Arizona. Kevin conducts research, education, and development projects in Aquaculture. He has adjunct professorships with AIT (Bangkok) & Auburn Univ. His current projects include leading the Coastal Team for the Myanmar Sustainable Aquaculture Project in Myanmar (Burma) and advising the MASDAR project in Abu Dhabi. He also serves as a judge and spokesperson for the F3 Fish Free Feeds project, promoting the development & adoption of alternative ingredients to replace fish meal & fish oils in aquaculture feeds. Dr Fitzsimmons also serves as an adviser to the Southeast Asia Fisheries & Aquaculture Initiative founded by Secretary of State John Kerry & Ms. Julie Packard.
