Jeremy is responsible for developing and executing a flexible work plan that is responsive to emerging climate and geospatial information needs expressed by Cooperative Extension stakeholders. This includes the production of data sets, analyses, and visualizations, generation of synthesis products such as extension fact sheets and bulletins, and development and application of decision-support tools like Web maapplications. Jeremy also is responsible for developing and maintaining outreach activities through efforts such as professional and community presentations, a program website, and social media like Twitter in order to deliver cutting-edge climate and geospatial information to stakeholders across the region. Additional activities include analysis of stakeholder-collected data in conjunction with appropriate climate and geospatial data, education and training of student workers through internships and research assistantships, and provision of training workshops on specific products and tools.
