About

Radiogenomics is a relatively new and interdisciplinary field that combines the study of radiographic imaging (such as CT scans, MRI, and PET scans) with genomics, the study of an individual's genetic makeup. The goal of radiogenomics is to identify genetic markers or patterns that can predict a patient's response to certain cancer treatments, as well as their risk of developing certain types of cancer. By combining imaging data with genetic information, researchers hope to better personalize treatments and improve outcomes for cancer patients.
