I completed my PhD in May 2020, in the University of Arizona's School of Geography Development SGD) with a PhD minor in Teaching Teacher Education through the UA’s College of Education. My dissertation research was the first study that determined the presence and explored the experiences of people who identify as LGBTQ+ lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and additional sexual orientations and gender identities) in bioscience, specifically at the university level. My dissertation, “Inclusion of LGBTQ+ People in University Bioscience,” is indexed and available for free if you’re affiliated with a college or university. If you’re not and you still want to read it, contact me. No one should need to pay to access research done through a public university.
