Dr. Brown has dedicated his career to education and scholarshifor family medicine and underserved populations. He was 2014 Chair of the American Academy of Family Physicians’ Commission of the Health of the Public and Science and he is an Associate Editor for Essential Evidence. He is co-host and editor of the award-winning American Family Physician Podcast which he and residents co-founded in 2015. Areas of scholarly interest and leadershiinclude: improving primary care practice, high value care, evidence-based patient centered care, and physician well-being.
