Pamela Garcia-Filion, PhD, MPH, a research scientist and associate professor in the Department of Biomedical Informatics at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix, was awarded this year’s best original paper from North America published in Hormone Research In Paediatrics HRP) Her research, “Brain Malformations Do Not Predict Hypopituitarism in Young Children with Optic Nerve Hypoplasia,” was judged by the chief and associate editors of HRP.
