The goal of this project is constructing a 3-dimensional spatial distribution of birefringence. As a measurement of birefringence, Nalux uses a two-dimensional birefringence analyzer developed and manufactured by Photonic Lattice, Inc. in Japan. However, this device is insufficient for analyzing issues with products caused by birefringence, so more accurate modeling of the birefringence distribution is required. Therefore, this project aims to construct a 3-dimensional spatial distribution of birefringence as an ideal analysis system.
