Saskia Popescu, PhD, MPH, MA, CIC is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Epidemiology & Biostatistics in the Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health, University of Arizona, Tucson, Arizona. She is an infectious disease epidemiologist and infection preventionist with a focus on hospital bio-preparedness and the role of infection prevention in health security efforts.
