Sarah Diaz is the assistant dean of career and professional development for the Eller College of Management’s Undergraduate Program. In this role, she is responsible for providing experiential education, career programming and involvement opportunities to a student population of more than 5,500. She leads a diverse team of 11 to achieve career outcome goals across a variety of educational platforms including traditional, evening and online. Diaz oversees the delivery of a comprehensive portfolio of programs to better prepare students for internships and postgraduate employment opportunities. She has been with the Eller College since 2005. While an undergraduate, she worked as a student coordinator and paraprofessional advisor in the undergraduate programs office.
