Optical Biosensing: Development of first opto-electrophoretic sensors based on conducting chalcogenide glass that act as both an optical element for infrared signal collection and an electrode for electrophoretic capture of target bio-molecules. Photo-induced structural changes Development of first model for photo-induced fluidity in network glass predicting fluidity based on photon count.
