Dr. Kelley T. Saunders attended Arizona State University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. After receiving her master’s in public health and medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine Phoenix she graduated from our own University of Arizona College of Medicine Phoenix OBGYN Residency. Upon completion of residency she joined our faculty as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix and is a Site Leader for the Integrative Medicine in Residency program through the University of Arizona Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. She is a member of the Graduate Medical Education Resident Wellness Committee. She serves as a Co-Chair for the annual Graduate Medical Education High Value Idea Competition which supports collaboration amongst disciplines, focusing on opportunities to improve quality and reduce cost of care. Dr. Saunders enjoys all aspects of Obstetrical and Gynecological care. She has an interest in integrative health and wellness for the prevention of disease. Her current research projects include mindfulness-based practices for wellness, utilization of telehealth services in the postpartum period, and adverse childhood experiences and their impact on pregnancy related outcomes.
