Erica Hansen, AuD, CCC-A, F-AAA, completed her Bachelors in Speech and Hearing Science at the University of Arizona and her Doctorate in Audiology from Central Michigan University. She has worked in a variety of settings including private practice, ENT, and hospital. Prior to joining the clinical faculty at the University of Arizona, Dr. Hansen lived and worked in New Zealand as a clinical audiologist and as a trainer for a hearing aid manufacturer. In addition, she taught online and in person for Northern Arizona University. She has an interest in philanthropy which has taken her on humanitarian audiology volunteer trips to Panama, Fiji, and Mexico. In 2014, she was selected as a member of the Jerger’s Future Leaders of Audiology (JFLAC) class.
