Kirin Goff, JD, MA is a Professor of Practice at the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona. Professor Goff also leads the Applied Health Policy Institute as a Lecturer for the Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health Phoenix campus. Before joining the University of Arizona, she practiced primarily political and constitutional law at the Torres Law Group. She has also worked on the regulatory side at the Arizona Department of Health Services. She has an undergraduate degree in Anthropology from Willamette University, a Master’s in Global Health from Arizona State University, and a JD from the University of Arizona. Professor Goff teaches LAW 695D, Regulatory Science Colloquium, twice per year during the Fall and Spring term.
